nouf saleh Our New Managing Director

Rosy Simas Danse (RSD) is pleased to announce nouf saleh as its new Managing Director.

nouf saleh (she/her) is an artist, cultural worker, organizer, and arts administrator who has been studying and working at the intersections of arts and culture for over ten years. Most recently, she was an artist assistant at Dyani White Hawk’s studio and co-founder and member of Wild Path Collective. She is also part of the Public Functionary studio artists.

In addition to her art practice, her working experience in the arts includes The Flaten Art Museum, The DuSable Museum, Mizna, Hyde Park Art Center, The New Arab American Theater, and Mixed Blood Theatre.

After a year-long search, the board of directors of Rosy Simas Danse is thrilled to have selected nouf for this new role. As RSD’s managing director, nouf is “looking forward to lead the organization's growth to continue Rosy Simas work and vision to support Native and BIPOC artists’ access to space and resources.”
